General Advices

Our course program is an offer. The seats are limited please make a binding registration in due time. You can register personally, by phone, in writing, by Email or online. Please take a note of the beginning we do not send further advice. The first lesson is not a test lesson.

We collect the fees by debit entry. Therefore we need a filled and signed "SEPA-Lastschriftmandat" (SEPA-debit advice). We will timely inform about the debit date. Exceptionally cash payments can be arranged with our office.

You can transfer the fees until 1 week before the course begins. Please write as reason for payment:
523010 – and the number of your course.

The fees for talk events please pay on-site.

We accept "Bildungskarten". A fee can be reduced in special hardship cases as unemployment etc.. Please contact the office before begin of your course. The association (Förderverein der Evangelischen Bildungsarbeit) offers the possibility to refund a part of the fees. The application has to be reasoned. You get an application form in the office.

Please ask your health insurance for refunding the costs.

Please sign off in writing at latest 1 week before the beginning of the course. The full fee has to be payed if you sign off at a later date or you not attend. Please appreciate.

We reserve to cancel a course due to poor attendance. Payed fees will be refunded.

Liability excluded for cancellation of a course day due to bad weather.
